Pumpkin Pasties are a delicious pumpkin shaped spiced fall treat.

These sweet, flaky pastries are inspired by the Harry Potter book series and perfect for serving at movie night and fall gatherings.

  • 1 box 2 rolls pie crusts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • cinnamon sugar for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Roll out the thawed pie crust one at a time.
  • Using a pumpkin shaped cookie or pie cutter cut out pumpkin shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.

I used this adorable individual pumpkin pie press for these pasties. You could also use a cookie cutter.
